8.30am – 10.00am A high performance mindset – Focus, Energy and Productivity
Chelsea Pottenger, EQ Minds

Running a successful advice practice requires more than technical skill — it demands the ability to sustain focus, manage energy, and perform consistently under pressure. Chelsea draws on the science of high performance to explore the practical habits and systems that support productivity without leading to burnout. Attendees will leave with tools they can apply immediately, whether they are leading a practice today or preparing for greater responsibility within their business.

10.00am – 10.30am Morning Tea
10.30am – 12.00pm Lessons I’ve learned about being in "sales"
Bob McCarthy, Integrity Solutions

Sales capability sits at the heart of every successful advice business, regardless of its size or maturity. Rather than focusing on scripts or tactics, Bob examines how high-performing advisers think about selling, how they diagnose client needs, and how they guide conversations with confidence and clarity. The insights are equally relevant for practice owners, senior advisers and those looking to sharpen their commercial and leadership capability.

12.00pm – 12.45pm Lunch
12.45pm – 1.45pm Mentor Panel Discussion: How did I get here, the journey so far
Moderated by Bob McCarthy brought to you by Generation Life

In this moderated panel, our mentors reflect candidly on their journeys as advisers and practice owners — the decisions that shaped them, the lessons learned along the way, and what excites them about the future of advice. It is an honest, unscripted conversation designed to offer perspective, provoke thinking, and show that the path forward rarely looks the way you expected it to.

8.30am – 10.00am Being Beyonce – lessons in tech, process, and efficiency
Panel discussion and automation demo hosted by Kohl Gianoli

Automation is reshaping what it means to run a modern advice practice, and this session shows you what that looks like in practice. Kohl opens with a discussion on the key opportunities automation presents and how to think about applying it meaningfully across your business. The session then moves into a live demonstration of how one practice has built a heavily automated, low-touch advice and review system — freeing advisers to spend their time exactly where they are most valuable: in the room with clients.

10.00am – 10.30am Morning Tea
10.30am – 12.00pm Content that converts
Canna Campbell, Sugar Mamma TV

Every advice practice has a story worth telling, but few know how to tell it in a way that builds trust, grows an audience and turns followers into clients. Canna brings her experience as one of Australia’s most recognised personal finance content creators to help attendees think about how to craft content that drives genuine engagement and creates real business opportunities. The session will cover how to develop a content approach that works for your practice and your personality, and how to use it as a tool to attract and convert new clients.

12.00pm – 12.45pm Lunch
12.45pm – 1.45pm Developing long-term emotional relationships that respect and sustain fees
Bob McCarthy, Integrity Solutions with Frank Paul, WT Financial Group

The way advisers charge for their services is about more than pricing — it is a reflection of the relationship they have built with their clients. Bob and Frank bring together the behavioural psychology behind relationship building and fee charging, introducing a framework that helps advisers ensure clients respect rather than resent what they pay. The session moves from theory into practice, exploring how these principles play out at both a business level and in individual client relationships.
